Position Overview
The Account Director will oversee high-profile consumer, lifestyle, hospitality, creator, and entertainment clients—shaping narratives that resonate with media, influencers, and audiences alike. This senior-level role combines client counsel, proactive idea generation, team leadership, and operational excellence, with strong emphasis on delivering measurable impact and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day strategic partner for high-profile consumer and entertainment clients
- Guide comprehensive strategy across earned media, thought leadership, experiential moments, partnerships, and cultural initiatives
- Lead integrated communications programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business results
- Develop and execute proactive pitching strategies to secure premium media placements
- Manage team members and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client results
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion potential within existing client relationships
- Stay ahead of cultural trends and leverage them to create relevant brand narratives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry partners
