About Junior
Junior builds cutting-edge LLM-powered tools that supercharge investment research for leading private equity firms, Big 4 professional services, and top consulting practices managing billions in annual deployments. We're a profitable, bootstrapped company of ~43 people based in London and New York. We 10x'd revenue in 2025 and are scaling 2–3x this year, expanding into investment banking, hedge funds, and research firms.
The Role
As one of our first engineering hires, you'll have the unique opportunity to:
- Ship quickly and take end-to-end ownership
- Design and build new modes of human-computer interaction
- Work on groundbreaking AI-powered projects
- Collaborate with external partners to fuel growth
- Contribute directly to product decisions and prioritization
- Shape our engineering culture
Sample Projects
- Build new frontier products to ingest diverse research inputs
- Create a voice-to-voice survey tool with extremely low latency for autonomous high-volume research tasks
- Develop mobile applications from scratch in accelerated timelines
- Design segmented knowledge graphs from unstructured-to-structured data transformations
- Build an AI-native CRM system with deep knowledge graph integration
About You
We're seeking product-minded full-stack engineers who:
- Are based in NYC and excited to work in person
- Love shipping quickly and owning work end-to-end
- Actively contribute to product decisions, not just execute tasks
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy customer collaboration
- Are proficient in Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
- Are passionate about building AI-powered products from the ground up
- Feel driven to build faster
