Junior SAP MDM Consultant

As a Junior SAP MDM Consultant, you will be at the forefront of helping clients manage their critical master data—customer, product, supplier, and financial data—ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance across complex enterprise environments. This role offers hands-on experience with one of the most in-demand enterprise data management platforms globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP MDM solutions tailored to client business requirements
• Support data governance and master data strategy initiatives across client organizations
• Perform data analysis, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality standards are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers
• Document technical specifications, configuration details, and process flows for client deliverables
• Participate in requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance activities throughout project lifecycles
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to clients
• Stay current with SAP MDM updates, best practices, and industry trends
• Contribute to internal knowledge management and training documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Foundational knowledge of SAP systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) concepts
• Understanding of Master Data Management principles, data governance, and data quality frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, project-driven environments
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving technology landscape

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP MDM modules (Customer, Product, or Supplier MDM)
• Familiarity with SAP HANA or other SAP technologies
• Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes
• Exposure to SQL or basic database concepts
• SAP certification or completion of SAP training programs
• Prior consulting or business analysis experience
• Experience with Agile project methodologies
