The Role

Known is seeking a driven and user-centric Senior Product Manager to join its growing product team. You will own the roadmap for internal tools and platforms, including the flagship SKEPTIC product, with potential for client-facing responsibilities. Working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, you'll ship solutions that increase team productivity and operational efficiency. This high-impact role offers significant ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for SKEPTIC internal tools and platforms
  • Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform product strategy
  • Track and analyze product metrics to drive data-informed decision-making
  • Own the full product lifecycle from conception through launch and optimization
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity

About You

You are a curious innovator and knowledge-hunter who challenges yourself to continuously improve. You bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally at a SaaS, technology, or analytics platform
  • Strong expertise in AI/ML product development or analytics platform design
  • Proven ability to prioritize complex roadmaps and manage competing stakeholder interests
  • User-centric mindset with experience conducting research and gathering qualitative feedback
  • Data-driven approach to product decisions and success metrics
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Passion for building products that drive measurable business impact
