About This Role

As Director of Partnerships, you'll be responsible for building and growing revenue-driving relationships with mid-market and enterprise brands and agencies. You'll combine consultative solution selling with deep knowledge of the influencer and creator economy, helping clients unlock the full potential of Later's platform and services. This position is equal parts hunter and farmer: driving new client acquisition while expanding and strengthening existing partnerships to maximize growth and client lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Market Development

  • Develop and execute a targeted strategy to acquire new mid-market and enterprise accounts while growing wallet share within existing clients
  • Position Later as a trusted, data-driven partner in influencer marketing, creator commerce, and social media management
  • Leverage market insights and client feedback to influence go-to-market and product strategies
  • Identify emerging opportunities in the influencer marketing and creator economy landscapes

Sales Execution & Account Management

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify high-potential brands and agencies through targeted outreach and relationship building
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover client needs and align Later's integrated solutions
  • Deliver compelling platform demonstrations and customized proposals that highlight Later's AI- and data-powered capabilities
  • Negotiate, close, and expand revenue opportunities across both new and existing accounts
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and operational excellence

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Strategy, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless client experience across the full lifecycle
  • Work closely with product and data teams to understand Later's platform capabilities and competitive advantages
  • Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials and go-to-market resources

What You'll Need

You bring proven success in enterprise or mid-market sales, with expertise in the influencer marketing, social media, or adjacent marketing technology sectors. You excel at consultative selling, have strong analytical skills, and understand the creator economy. Your ability to navigate complex deals, build lasting client relationships, and maintain pipeline discipline will be critical to success in this role.
