The Role
We are seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position based in the United States, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a global brand with significant retail and e-commerce presence.
As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal and external communications strategies that align with MANSCAPED's brand voice and values. You will collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging, create engaging content, manage communications channels, and support the company's overall marketing and PR objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear, compelling internal and external communications
- Create content across multiple channels and formats aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams on strategic messaging
- Manage communications platforms and ensure timely, accurate information distribution
- Support public relations initiatives and media engagement
- Monitor communications effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and metrics
- Contribute to company culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience in communications, marketing, PR, or related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
