The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketplaces Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position perfect for a strategic leader passionate about omnichannel commerce and marketplace optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence across major marketplace platforms, driving revenue, and ensuring brand consistency across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketplace strategy across Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other major retail platforms
• Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize conversion and sales velocity
• Monitor marketplace analytics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, supply chain, and finance
• Build and maintain relationships with marketplace partners and account managers
• Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels across all channels
• Lead marketplace team members and provide strategic guidance and mentorship

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience managing marketplace operations and strategy at scale
• Deep knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other major ecommerce platforms
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
• Experience in consumer goods, CPG, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands preferred
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and attention to detail
• Track record of growing revenue and improving operational efficiency
