About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Operations Coordinator to support the foundation's day-to-day operations. Operations at the Peter J. McGovern Foundation (PJMF) is the infrastructure that enables our team to work at the speed the mission requires. This position is fundamental to our organizational success, supporting the day-to-day systems, logistics, and requests that keep the foundation's operations moving efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks and logistics to maintain smooth foundation operations
- Develop, implement, and optimize internal processes and systems to improve efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional requests and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
- Maintain organized systems for documentation, scheduling, and resource management
- Support administrative functions including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and vendor management
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes and propose data-driven solutions
- Serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries and help troubleshoot problems proactively
- Monitor operational metrics and generate reports to track performance and improvements
- Collaborate with team members across departments to understand their operational needs
