Generative AI Researcher Intern

About the Role

Meshy is seeking exceptional research interns passionate about artificial intelligence, computer graphics, and building world-class products. As a core member of our research scientists and machine learning engineers team, you will drive the development of our core 3D-native generative foundational model. In this position, you will join our foundational research to advance 3D AI, apply learnings from adjacent fields of machine learning, and push the state of the art in generative models for 3D content creation.

What We're Looking For

• Full-time commitment: Able to commit to a full-time internship for 12 weeks or longer
• Post-graduation plans: Intend to join Meshy full-time after graduation (ideally graduating 9/2026–9/2027, but later is also acceptable)
• Education level: Open to undergraduate, master's, or PhD students
• Technical foundation: Strong in technical fundamentals with a spirit of innovation and willingness to challenge yourself

You possess deep understanding of transformer architecture, strong Python and tensor programming skills, and have a vision for AI beyond linear sequences. You believe in the scaling law and can translate high-level goals into concrete research and implementation steps. You communicate complex technical concepts with clarity, are not afraid to confront new ideas, and are eager to share knowledge with the team. You use these skills to create real-world benefits for researchers, engineers, and millions of users while advancing our effort to push the state of the art of AI that understands and generates 3D worlds.
