About This Role
Murad is seeking a Global Marketing Coordinator to support the Global Marketing team and drive the brand's overall growth. This is a temporary position estimated to last 3 months, based at our El Segundo, CA headquarters with a 40% hybrid work arrangement (combining onsite and remote flexibility).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare launch presentations for new product initiatives
- Manage cost sheets and bills of materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Assist with copy document development and direct communication with Channel leads
- Present recommendations and align strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams and Senior Leadership
- Serve as the primary point person for the Creative department, ensuring product artwork submissions meet deadlines and accuracy standards
- Submit and track creative requests for new product launches
- Review and approve proofs, copy, and standard quality checks
- Support Brand Managers on new product development initiatives
- Manage translation requests for global markets
- Identify emerging trend opportunities through analysis of market data and product trend reports
- Monitor and develop analysis of consumer feedback and market insights
- Organize and maintain the product copy library
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in fashion and/or beauty industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent team player with ability to build and nurture relationships across global marketing and cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multi-project management capabilities
- Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to follow through without prompting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and creative thinking abilities
- Knowledge of global beauty and/or luxury goods markets
- Personal leadership and accountability
