About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be the primary technical partner for Enterprise sales engagements. This customer-facing, hands-on role focuses on complex Enterprise use cases where you'll work directly with technical stakeholders, lead technical conversations, and ensure Enterprise customers understand how n8n integrates into their systems and processes.
You'll work closely with Account Executives to guide prospects through technical discovery, product evaluations, and proofs of concept—helping them validate that n8n can operate securely, reliably, and at scale in their environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Enterprise Technical Discovery: Conduct deep-dive calls and tailored demonstrations, showcasing how n8n addresses security, scalability, and reliability requirements in complex customer environments
Partner with Sales Leadership: Work closely with Account Executives to assess technical fit, shape deal strategy, handle technical objections, and deliver demos grounded in real Enterprise workflows and use cases
Own Enterprise POCs End-to-End: Manage proof-of-concept engagements from scoping success criteria to hands-on technical guidance throughout the evaluation process
Real-World Validation: Help customers validate n8n in production-like conditions, ensuring seamless integration with their existing infrastructure and workflows
Technical Thought Leadership: Build credibility as a trusted technical advisor, addressing Enterprise-level concerns around deployment, maintenance, and scalability
