What You Will Do In This Role

As the Network Solutions Architect – AI & Infrastructure at Inflect, you are responsible for designing, validating, and optimizing enterprise-class network solutions that power our global marketplace. This role reports directly to our VP of Partnerships and combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities, bridging global supplier offerings with complex customer requirements.

This position is ideal for an architect who understands both the physics and economics of global connectivity. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate advanced networking capabilities—including sub-sea cables, dark fiber, global IP transit, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Local Area Networks (LAN), and wave technologies—into actionable, high-value solutions for NEO Clouds, Hyperscalers, IoT companies, and Fortune 500 enterprises. Your primary focus will be ensuring that every customer who turns to Inflect for infrastructure receives a network architecture that is operationally bulletproof, scalable, and deployment-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate enterprise-grade network architectures that meet complex global requirements
• Translate dense technical specifications into marketplace solutions that drive sales and customer adoption
• Provide high-confidence technical validation to support the closure of complex, multi-million dollar deals
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions align with both technical and business objectives
• Optimize network routing, efficiency, and performance across global infrastructure assets
• Maintain accuracy and precision in technical documentation, network maps, and architecture diagrams
• Serve as a strategic advisor on emerging AI-driven infrastructure intelligence systems

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Network Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of global infrastructure, submarine and terrestrial fiber networks, colocation interconnects, and carrier-grade networking technologies
• Solution Architecture: Proven track record designing and implementing end-to-end network architectures for hyperscalers, cloud providers, and enterprise customers
• Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated focus on quality, accuracy, and marketplace-ready deliverables
• Strategic Advisory: Ability to translate technical networking capabilities into clear business value propositions and actionable marketplace insights
• Technical Integration: Familiarity with network data modeling, API integrations, and AI-driven intelligence systems for infrastructure optimization
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
