Role Summary
The AI Platform Architect plays a critical role in designing, scoping, and implementing complex healthcare AI workflows on the Notable platform. This position sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, AI workflow design, data architecture, enterprise integration, data orchestration, and change management.
You will partner closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams to translate operational challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions. You'll be responsible for designing end-to-end AI flows that leverage multiple healthcare data models—including structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data—while ensuring workflows are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with real-world clinical and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Workflow Architecture & Design: Design, scope, and architect end-to-end healthcare AI workflows utilizing the Notable platform and Flow Builder
- Healthcare Data Integration: Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured healthcare data to create comprehensive solutions
- Customer Partnership: Gather customer requirements, validate scope with focus on speed-to-value, and facilitate change management
- Technical Implementation: Build and configure flows in Flow Builder, partner with integration teams on required connections, and conduct internal and external testing
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Train customers on platform usage and drive organizational adoption
- LLM Integration: Leverage large language models to create workflow efficiencies and balance efficiency with scalability
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and lead business transformation initiatives
