Role Summary

We seek an experienced IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our comprehensive IT infrastructure. You'll ensure our systems remain reliable, secure, and current while supporting our growing healthcare technology platform. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and a background in healthcare-related IT environments with endpoint monitoring experience.

Note: This position requires on-site work up to 5 days per week, with Monday, Tuesday, and Friday as mandatory in-office days. Additional days may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to staff including access management, user onboarding, and offboarding
• Manage enterprise IT systems primarily using Google Workspace, Apple laptops with JAMF, and PCs with Microsoft Intune
• Oversee facility IT management including Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, desk power management, peripheral setup, and conference room A/V configurations with Google Meet and Logitech equipment
• Collaborate with customer delivery teams to integrate our product with client IT infrastructure, including SSO/SAML implementation
• Configure and manage routing and access control using Tailscale
• Develop, document, and implement IT policies and procedures
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years managing IT systems in professional environments
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Terraform, and JAMF
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with healthcare IT environments or compliance-heavy sectors
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Duo Security, Azure, and Google Cloud networking
• Proficiency with Tailscale for VPN and network management
• Apple hardware administration expertise
• Site-to-site VPN configuration and management
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards
