The Role

As a Claims Specialist, Trainer & Instructional Designer at Openly, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs while managing claims operations. This multifaceted position combines expertise in claims handling with the ability to design and deliver effective instructional content to teams.

You will be responsible for creating comprehensive training materials, conducting instructor-led training sessions, and ensuring that claims team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service. Your work will directly impact both internal team performance and external customer satisfaction in the claims process.
