The Role
We are seeking a Project Scoping and Budgeting Specialist to join our Proposal and Financial Management team. This is a full-time, benefited position offering flexibility with remote work options or locations in Phoenix, AZ or Lincoln, NE.
As a Project Scoping and Budgeting Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Generating and managing multiple initial and revised clinical research budgets simultaneously
- Creating detailed proposals and managing project awards in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with Business Development teams to scope pre-award clinical research projects
- Managing all aspects of project lifecycle from initiation through financial closure
- Maintaining accuracy and compliance in budget documentation and financial records
- Supporting business development efforts with timely, comprehensive financial analysis
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will handle complex project scoping and budgeting for clinical research initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate budget forecasting, proposal development, and financial management. Your ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail will be critical to success.
