The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with C#/.NET expertise to join our South American office as a consultant. This high-impact role offers the chance to work with one of our fastest-growing North American SaaS clients, embedding within their development team while maintaining exceptional code quality and development standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with collaborative excellence—writing rock-solid code while working effectively with Business Analysts and Product Managers to ensure business requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed within the existing client development team, maintaining high standards of code quality and adhering to development best practices
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications and services using the .NET stack
• Partner with business analysts to align on requirements, define technical scope, and drive project delivery while proactively managing risks and stakeholder expectations
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, and established design patterns
• Participate actively in all phases of the agile development lifecycle: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure optimal performance and security
• Contribute comprehensive technical documentation for new and existing features
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers on the team

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET 8+
• Proven experience with .NET Framework 4.8
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud platform
• Strong SQL Server and relational database expertise
• Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (Angular preferred)
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to test automation tools (XUnit, Moq, Autofac, Postman)
• Familiarity with observability tools (DataDog, Serilog, OpenTelemetry)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
