About This Role

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Test Interview Scheduling Specialist to join our remote team. This role is critical to our recruitment operations, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates and interview panels while maintaining our commitment to an efficient, professional hiring process.

As a Test Interview Scheduling Specialist, you will be the backbone of our candidate experience during the evaluation phase. You'll manage complex scheduling requirements, coordinate across multiple time zones, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects Redcare Pharmacy's commitment to excellence and respect for candidates' time.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate test interviews with candidates across multiple time zones and geographic locations
• Communicate interview logistics clearly to both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Manage scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve calendar coordination issues
• Maintain accurate records of all scheduled interviews and candidate communications
• Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panel members to confirm availability and technical requirements
• Send professional, timely reminders and confirmation emails to candidates
• Track interview completion rates and flag any scheduling delays or issues to recruitment leadership
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools to manage the full interview calendar
• Ensure compliance with company policies and candidate privacy requirements during all scheduling interactions
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external candidates

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or HR operations
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and calendar management tools
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Comfort with time zone coordination and scheduling across global locations
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all communications
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
