The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote as an Account Executive in the DACH region, driving net new business for our Global HR Platform. You will be a pure hunting role, responding to incoming customer queries and helping prospects understand how to maximize Remote's full suite of products to meet their employment needs. Sales enables customers to fully experience our platform while embodying our value of Transparency through our fair price guarantee.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a New Business role or related SaaS sales experience
- Proven success building key customer relationships with decision makers and champions, driving client outcomes, account growth, and revenue with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Native or professional fluency in German; excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes with demonstrated ability to qualify multi-stakeholder opportunities, initiate and convert prospects, and close deals
- Ability to confidently build outbound sales pipeline using multiple channels including cold calling
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and self-motivation to work independently and collaboratively
- Efficient multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- In-depth understanding of company services and industry position
