The Role

Join our Sales Team as an Account Executive in the DACH region, driving net new business for Remote's Global HR Platform. This is a pure hunting role where you'll respond to incoming queries, help prospective and active customers maximize our full suite of products, and build lasting relationships with key decision makers.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of Account Executive experience in new business roles or related SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of building key customer relationships, driving client outcomes, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Native or professional fluency in German; excellent verbal and written English communication
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes with demonstrated ability to qualify multi-stakeholder opportunities, initiate prospects, and close deals
  • Ability to confidently build outbound sales pipeline using multiple channels, including cold calling
  • High integrity, work ethic, and self-motivation; effective independent and team contributor
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • In-depth understanding of company services and industry positioning

Compensation & Location

This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
