The Role

We're seeking a Head of Product Growth to own how Roofr grows through the product. You'll operate at the critical intersection of product, data, and go-to-market strategy—designing the activation and expansion paths that keep contractors engaged, surfacing product signals that unlock sales conversations, and building Roofr Voice into a scalable AI product line.

You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer, sit on the product leadership team, and lead a Growth team that includes Engineering, Design, Data Science, and a Principal PM as your direct report. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, taking proven building blocks and sharpening them while building on top of an already strong foundation.

What You'll Own

Orchestrate the Hybrid Go-to-Market Motion with Sales: Identify product signals that indicate when a contractor is ready for a sales conversation and build the playbooks that convert those signals into pipeline. This spans both new subscriber acquisition and expansion within the existing customer base.

Drive Activation and Expansion: Own the in-product experience that gets new contractors to value rapidly. Design expansion loops that drive deeper adoption and multi-product retention across the entire customer base, ensuring contractors maximize ROI from Roofr.

Grow Self-Serve Revenue: Own the self-serve motion across transactional and subscription products, with particular focus on Measure+ and in-product upgrade paths. Build and optimize the revenue engine that doesn't depend on sales involvement.

Build and Scale Roofr Voice: Own the product strategy and roadmap for Roofr Voice, our AI voice agent designed for roofing contractors. Define success as both a retention driver and a net-new revenue stream, establishing this as a scalable AI product line.

Lead the Team and Metrics: Build a high-performing Growth team, establish the metrics framework that guides decisions, and create a data-driven culture where product, engineering, design, and data science collaborate seamlessly toward shared outcomes.

  • Software adoption across the subscriber base
  • Orchestration and effectiveness of the hybrid motion
  • Self-serve revenue growth (shared metric with GM of Measurements)
  • Roofr Voice outcomes and scaling success

What We're Looking For

You have a track record of scaling products and revenue through disciplined product-led growth and hybrid sales motions. You excel at balancing self-serve efficiency with high-touch sales orchestration. You're data-driven, customer-obsessed, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where you need to sharpen existing strategies rather than starting from zero. You can lead teams across product, engineering, design, and data science while maintaining clarity on what matters most. Experience with AI product launches, SaaS expansion, or SMB/vertical software is valuable.
