SAP Ariba Consultant

About the Role

FusionConsulting is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for procurement and supply chain professionals to leverage their expertise in one of the most powerful enterprise procurement platforms globally. As an SAP Ariba Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping organizations optimize their procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve supplier collaboration through strategic implementations and ongoing support.

What You'll Do

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Ariba solutions tailored to client business requirements
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand procurement challenges and opportunities
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in procure-to-pay (P2P), sourcing, and supplier management processes
• Customize SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Catalog Management, and Invoicing
• Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for client teams
• Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations
• Collaborate with other consultants and technical resources to deliver integrated solutions
• Stay current with SAP Ariba updates, enhancements, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP Ariba solutions (minimum 3-5 years preferred)
• Deep knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and best practices
• Strong understanding of sourcing, supplier management, and contract management workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and integration scenarios
• SAP Ariba certification or relevant SAP credentials highly valued
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies
