SAP Ariba Consultant

About the Role

FusionConsulting is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to join our growing team of procurement and supply chain experts. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global client base, helping organizations optimize their procurement processes, supplier management, and spend analytics through the world's leading cloud-based procurement platform.

As an SAP Ariba Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Ariba solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings for our clients. You'll work across multiple modules including Ariba Procurement, Supplier Information and Performance Management (SIPM), Ariba Sourcing, and Ariba Analytics, depending on client needs and your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to SAP Ariba implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and go-live
• Configure and customize Ariba modules to meet specific client business requirements
• Design procurement workflows, approval hierarchies, and catalog structures
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend best practice solutions aligned with Ariba capabilities
• Provide technical expertise in data migration, system integration, and API connectivity
• Develop documentation including functional specifications, design documents, and training materials
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate user training sessions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers
• Stay current with SAP Ariba platform updates, enhancements, and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing or consulting on SAP Ariba solutions
• Deep knowledge of at least one Ariba module (Procurement, Sourcing, or SIPM)
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and spend analytics
• Experience with system integration, APIs, and data migration methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• SAP Ariba certification is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
