Key Responsibilities
- Growth Marketing: Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across digital channels for client campaigns.
- Paid Media Management: Optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to achieve measurable client results.
- Marketing Analytics: Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor, test, and continuously refine campaigns to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Align with internal teams on client goals, marketing strategies, and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
Experience in growth marketing, paid media campaign management, or marketing analytics. Expertise in digital channels, data analysis, and performance optimization is essential. You should be a self-starter with a passion for innovation and results-driven marketing.
