FusionConsulting is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager with specialized expertise in automation and Operational Technology (OT) security. As a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles involving sophisticated automation systems and OT security implementations. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure projects deliver measurable business impact while maintaining the highest security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure automation projects from conception through implementation and optimization
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies for OT security initiatives
• Oversee technical teams implementing automation solutions across distributed systems and critical infrastructure
• Design and execute security frameworks for operational technology environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, security, operations, and executive leadership
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and deliver regular progress reports to senior management
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce operational costs and improve system resilience
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for specialized automation and security tools
• Ensure all infrastructure projects align with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on infrastructure automation or OT security
• Proven track record successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
• Deep understanding of operational technology security principles, ICS/SCADA systems, and critical infrastructure protection
• Strong knowledge of automation platforms, scripting languages, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies
• Expertise in project management frameworks such as PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 (certifications preferred)
• Excellent technical communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in high-stakes environments
• Experience with security compliance frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and multiple concurrent initiatives
• Leadership experience with remote and distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
• Background in critical infrastructure sectors (energy, manufacturing, utilities, water systems)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and hybrid automation environments
• Knowledge of emerging OT security technologies and threat landscapes
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline automation
