Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end IT project delivery in the pharmaceutical domain
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication across technical and business teams
- Apply AI domain expertise to identify technology opportunities and solutions
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external partners
- Drive process improvements and innovation in project execution
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in regulated industries, preferably pharmaceutical
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Knowledge of pharma compliance frameworks (FDA, GxP, HIPAA)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
