About the Role

We seek a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our S.MPLE Department as an Agent Advisor focused on onboarding. This position plays a critical role in welcoming new agents to the SERHANT. ecosystem, guiding them through structured onboarding, and ensuring they adopt tools and services that drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute personalized onboarding processes for new agents, ensuring smooth transitions and early engagement
  • Lead weekly group onboarding sessions for new agent cohorts
  • Conduct 1-on-1 check-in calls with new agents during their first 90 days to reinforce training and provide guidance
  • Track and manage agent learning outcomes to ensure measurable progress through onboarding milestones
  • Develop full proficiency in the SERHANT. ecosystem to support agents, answer questions, and resolve issues
  • Drive faster agent proficiency by encouraging early adoption of key tools and systems
  • Respond promptly and professionally to agent inquiries regarding technology, workflows, and expectations
  • Contribute to onboarding roadmap enhancements based on agent feedback and departmental priorities
  • Utilize internal AI tools and proprietary technology to create efficiencies in onboarding and support
  • Assist with S.MPLE requests, delivering high-quality deliverables with timely turnarounds
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and empowering experience for new agents
  • Meet performance expectations and contribute to departmental KPIs, including agent engagement, onboarding outcomes, S.MPLE adoption, and service quality benchmarks
  • Participate in department meetings and cross-functional collaboration efforts to continuously improve processes

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, training, or administrative support (real estate experience a plus)
  • Experience leading small groups or training sessions in a remote environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain systems and processes
  • Comfort with CRMs, digital platforms, and AI-driven tools in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team
