Senior Forward Deployment Engineer - Moveworks

About the Role

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Forward Deployment Engineer to join the Moveworks team in a fully remote capacity. This is a strategic technical leadership position designed for an experienced engineer who can drive deployment excellence, mentor junior team members, and ensure successful customer implementations across complex enterprise environments.

As a Senior Forward Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying Moveworks solutions within ServiceNow's ecosystem. You'll work directly with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, optimal performance, and measurable business outcomes. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic problem-solving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deployment strategies and technical implementations of Moveworks solutions for enterprise clients
• Design scalable architecture solutions tailored to customer requirements and existing infrastructure
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
• Mentor and guide junior deployment engineers, establishing best practices and technical standards
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic recommendations for optimization
• Document deployment processes, configurations, and lessons learned for organizational knowledge
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, Moveworks capabilities, and industry trends
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the deployment function

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software deployment or systems engineering experience
• Proven expertise with ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation
• Strong understanding of AI/automation technologies and their business applications
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading projects and managing cross-functional teams
• Advanced problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment with strong self-motivation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Moveworks or similar conversational AI platforms
• ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, Developer, or Administrator+)
• Background in IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or other programming languages
