Sharebite is the leading meal benefits platform built exclusively for companies to feed their employees. Our platform allows employees to order meals from any restaurant while streamlining all of the ordering and billing requirements for the company. Every meal ordered through the Sharebite platform results in a meal donation to local partners like City Harvest and Feeding America to help combat food insecurity. The Role
As a Senior Rev Ops / Salesforce Product Owner, you will be a key member of Sharebite's Growth (Revenue) Operations team, responsible for the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform and the analysis of data within to improve processes and increase ROI. This is a hands-on, business-facing role that combines day-to-day administration with ownership of data quality, process improvement, and internal projects.
You'll partner closely with Operations and Growth teams to lead the initiative to help enforce best practices, maintain high data integrity, and ensure Salesforce remains a reliable and intuitive system for our users. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational ownership, problem-solving, and building scalable solutions. User experience is critical to us. You should enjoy supporting users, designing thoughtful solutions, and translating evolving business needs into clean, maintainable Salesforce configurations.
What You'll Do
This is a varied business-facing role with diverse responsibilities spanning revenue operations, data management, and Salesforce administration:
Track KPIs of the Growth Team, including quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and other key metrics
Analyze data and work with leadership to improve processes and increase ROI across the organization
Own the ongoing administration, upkeep, and optimization of Salesforce to ensure peak performance
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable, sustainable solutions
Manage user access, licenses, roles, permissions, and security settings to maintain system integrity
Maintain ticketing workflows, prioritize requests, and help plan the Salesforce roadmap for future growth
Enforce data hygiene standards and perform regular quality checks to maintain clean, reliable data
Configure and maintain Salesforce features including fields, page layouts, record types, automations, dashboards, and reports
Support internal projects in collaboration with other business teams and leadership across the company
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to improve adoption and user satisfaction
Monitor and maintain the health of Salesforce integrations, partner with engineering and other teams on integration-related projects across connected systems, and develop a working understanding of AI and data tools to enrich, consolidate, and improve data quality for reporting and analysis
Required Skills and Experience
To succeed in this Senior Rev Ops / Salesforce Product Owner role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
Salesforce Administration: Proven experience administering Salesforce with strong knowledge of configuration, customization, and best practices. Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on experience is required.
Revenue Operations: Demonstrated background in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar business operations roles with a focus on process improvement and data analysis
Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, create reports, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technical concepts and ability to work with APIs, integrations, and third-party tools. Understanding of data architecture is beneficial.
Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions and support diverse user groups
Project Management: Ability to prioritize requests, manage multiple projects, and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
