We're seeking a Growth Engineer—an entrepreneurial technologist who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, and go-to-market strategy. In this high-impact position, you'll architect and execute growth systems that amplify our brand, generate personalized pipeline, and unlock customer acquisition across multiple verticals with tailored, data-driven messaging.
You're part builder and part creative strategist with deep curiosity and relentless bias toward experimentation. Whether launching full-stack campaigns or optimizing outbound with precision personalization, you'll operate like a growth lab: fast cycles, tight feedback loops, and measurable impact. What You'll Do
- Scale sales and marketing functions through automation, AI assistance, and accessible insights that empower teams
- Own campaign automation with sophisticated logic for lifecycle drips and new go-to-market workflows
- Automate prospecting with creative, innovative outreach tactics that stand out in crowded inboxes
- Build viral tools and mini-products that drive organic traffic and referrals across fintech, government, and eCommerce industries
- Act as an internal multiplier, sharing tools, playbooks, and internal agents that help marketing and GTM teams accelerate execution
- Craft compelling messaging and UI that communicates our value proposition effectively through interactive landing pages, calculators, and integrations showcasing our AI/ML identity graph and verification capabilities
- Partner in automating customer communications that build community, trust, and engagement
- Prototype and ship rapidly—faster than most teams can spec a brief
