About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect AI/ML solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms for specific use cases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications
• Lead the technical design of end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model training, and deployment strategies
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices to development teams during implementation
• Assess organizational readiness for AI adoption and develop implementation roadmaps
• Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and methodologies in the rapidly evolving landscape
• Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet performance and reliability standards
• Document architectural decisions and maintain comprehensive solution documentation
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) architecting and delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Deep understanding of AI/ML architecture patterns, data engineering, and model deployment pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java for solution implementation and prototyping
• Solid background in software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise systems
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with experience translating business challenges into AI-driven solutions
