Salesforce Consultant

About This Role

SoftwareMind is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team of cloud solutions experts. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver world-class solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions and configurations
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce architectures aligned with best practices
• Configure Salesforce platform features including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic approaches
• Conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions with clients
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for platform optimization and system enhancements
• Collaborate with development teams on integration projects, data migrations, and system implementations
• Lead testing activities, create test plans, and ensure quality assurance standards are met
• Deliver training and documentation to end-users and support teams
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships throughout the consulting engagement
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, RFP responses, and capability demonstrations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting or implementation experience
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or both
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform limits
• Experience with business process mapping, requirements analysis, and solution design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality orientation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Solutions Architect)
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning framework and modern UI/UX principles
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools (Zapier, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar platforms)
• Experience with Salesforce analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Background in change management and organizational transformation
• Familiarity with specific industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.)
