About the Role

Superside is expanding its Production team and seeking an energized, team-focused, and solutions-oriented Producer to help scale video production on a global scale. As a Producer, you'll be the expert go-to person for overall project aspects, milestones, and delivery excellence. This is a strategic position that combines creative oversight with operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end video production projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and alignment
• Champion process optimization and streamline team operations across production workflows
• Oversee multimedia production quality standards while maintaining profitability metrics
• Scale Superside's production offerings across traditional and tech-enabled video formats
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver exceptional creative work
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and team productivity

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in video production management or producer role
