About the Role

As Renewal Manager (LATAM), you'll play a critical role in protecting and growing TestGorilla's existing revenue base. This is a quota-carrying position that blends commercial execution with genuine customer empathy. You will own the full commercial renewal lifecycle for a high-volume portfolio of accounts in the Latin American region, ensuring every contract is renewed on time and at the right value.

In this fast-paced, commercial environment, you'll confidently navigate pricing negotiations, deploy proactive retention strategies for at-risk customers, and guide clients through the transition from legacy plans to our new usage-based pricing model. You'll leverage AI as a strategic tool to improve account coverage, using platforms like Claude and N8n to automate routine tasks and increase your ability to manage a large book of customers efficiently.

You will work closely with our Customer Success and Support teams to ensure customers are realizing measurable value well before renewal conversations begin. Using advanced CRM tools, automation, and data-driven insights, you'll manage a large pipeline with precision and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete renewal lifecycle for a large portfolio of LATAM accounts, ensuring timely renewals at optimal value
  • Conduct pricing negotiations with confidence, balancing customer retention with revenue growth
  • Develop and execute retention strategies for at-risk accounts, including proactive save plays and value demonstrations
  • Guide customer transitions to new usage-based pricing models, ensuring smooth adoption and understanding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Support, and Sales to align on account strategy and customer health
  • Leverage AI and automation tools (Claude, N8n, CRM platforms) to increase coverage and efficiency of your account management
  • Maintain detailed pipeline management using data-driven insights to forecast renewals and identify opportunities
  • Uphold TestGorilla's values and foster an inclusive, supportive culture with customers and internal teams
  • Monitor customer health metrics to identify potential churn risks early and implement preventative measures
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, becoming a trusted advisor in their talent acquisition strategy

What We're Looking For

You thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments with a strong bias for action. You're excited about leveraging AI to enhance your effectiveness and are comfortable with quota-carrying responsibility. Ideal candidates bring:

  • Proven experience in customer renewal management, account management, or similar revenue-focused roles
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex pricing conversations
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and comfort adopting new automation tools
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (LATAM focus)
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize pipeline
  • Ability to balance volume with personalization in a high-touch environment
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B environments is a plus
  • Comfort with AI tools and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies
