The Role

As Engagement Manager for AI Implementations, you'll lead the deployment of AI-driven initiatives powered by QVAC, Tether's SDK for local AI and delegated inference. You'll orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder implementations of decentralized AI solutions across enterprise, government, and institutional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate client engagement, technical delivery, and implementation oversight
• Align client objectives with AI product capabilities and deployment options
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations across edge AI and privacy-preserving inference systems
• Drive successful onboarding and execution of enterprise AI use cases
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout implementation lifecycles

What We're Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience managing complex technical implementations and stakeholder coordination
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, decentralized systems, or blockchain technology
• Ability to work independently in a remote, global team environment
• Passion for fintech innovation and emerging technologies
