The Role

As Engagement Manager for AI Implementations, you'll lead the Technology Distribution team within Tether Data, orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder deployments of decentralized AI solutions powered by QVAC—Tether's SDK for local AI and delegated inference.

Your responsibilities include:

• Orchestrating AI-driven implementation initiatives across enterprise, government, and institutional clients
• Managing client engagement, technical coordination, and delivery oversight
• Aligning client objectives with product capabilities (edge AI deployments, privacy-preserving inference systems)
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to drive implementations from conception to completion
• Ensuring successful onboarding and execution of complex AI use cases

What We're Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills (essential)
• Experience with AI/ML implementations or technical project delivery
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments and complex workflows
• Understanding of blockchain, decentralized systems, or fintech (preferred)
• Client-facing experience in enterprise or institutional settings
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
