About the Role

As Engagement Manager for AI Implementations, you will lead the orchestration of AI-driven initiatives powered by QVAC—Tether's SDK for local AI and delegated inference. You'll manage complex, multi-stakeholder deployments of decentralized AI solutions across enterprise, government, and institutional environments.

This role bridges client engagement, technical coordination, and delivery oversight, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and successful execution of AI use cases, from edge deployments to privacy-preserving inference systems
• Align client objectives with product capabilities and technical constraints
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders across complex implementations
• Drive implementations from discovery through deployment and post-launch optimization
• Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise, government, and institutional clients

What We're Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills and client-facing experience
• Technical understanding of AI, decentralized systems, and blockchain infrastructure
• Project management capability with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience with enterprise software deployments or complex integrations
• Passion for fintech innovation and emerging technologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
