Engagement Manager, AI Implementations

About the Role

Join Tether's Technology Distribution team within Tether Data as an Engagement Manager leading the implementation of AI-driven initiatives powered by QVAC, Tether's SDK for local AI and delegated inference. You will orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder deployments of decentralized AI solutions across enterprise, government, and institutional environments.

This position combines client engagement, technical coordination, and delivery oversight to ensure successful onboarding and execution of AI use cases, ranging from edge AI deployments to privacy-preserving inference systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement and align business objectives with AI product capabilities
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout implementation lifecycles
• Drive end-to-end deployment execution across diverse organizational environments
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder technical implementations
• Oversee AI use case deployment from discovery through execution
