What You'll Do

• Contribute to technical architecture of integrations with close collaboration between internal teams and external customer stakeholders
• Design and implement integrated solutions working alongside Product and Software teams to address specific use cases
• Build reusable connectors and packages for third-party systems used by our customers, implementing solutions as web services on AWS infrastructure or custom code on partner ecosystems like Salesforce
• Ensure system reliability and performance through distributed system design patterns and comprehensive automated testing

What You'll Need

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience: 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Core Skills: Excellent hands-on developer proficiency with web API architecture (REST, GraphQL)
• Backend Development: Demonstrated willingness and ability to work with Python and Django frameworks
• Integration Expertise: Proven API services and integration experience with third-party systems
• Testing & Quality: Strong background in automated testing practices including unit tests and integration tests
• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with SaaS and cloud technologies including Amazon Web Services, CloudFormation, Terraform, and related infrastructure-as-code tools
• System Design: Solid understanding of distributed system availability, reliability, and performance design; familiarity with message queues (e.g., SQS) and database management on AWS
