About the Role

As an Accounting Expert and AI Tutor, you will be instrumental in enhancing xAI's cutting-edge AI technologies by providing high-quality input and labels using specialized software. You will collaborate closely with the technical team to support the training of new AI tasks and implement innovative initiatives. Your expertise will focus on refining annotation tools and selecting complex problems from corporate accounting domains, including financial reporting, consolidation, internal controls, and GAAP compliance.

This role combines two key responsibilities:

• AI Training Support: Provide specialized accounting knowledge to train and refine xAI's AI models, helping them understand how accounting professionals approach issues, interpret regulations, and solve complex financial problems.
• Data Annotation & Labeling: Actively participate in gathering and providing data in multiple formats—text, voice, and video. You will annotate accounting scenarios, record audio sessions explaining complex concepts, and participate in video sessions demonstrating real-world accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Label and annotate data in text, voice, and video formats to support AI model training in corporate accounting contexts
• Record audio and video sessions demonstrating accounting expertise and problem-solving approaches
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and document complex accounting scenarios for model improvement
• Interpret evolving instructions and adapt quickly to new requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to refinement of annotation tools and processes based on practical experience
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in all labeling and instructional content

Ideal Candidate Profile

You possess deep expertise in corporate accounting with strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, consolidation procedures, internal controls frameworks, and GAAP compliance. You're comfortable explaining complex accounting concepts clearly and concisely. You have experience or comfort with digital annotation tools and multimedia recording. Above all, you demonstrate strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where learning and adaptation are ongoing.
