About the Role
This is an integral Assistant Relationship Manager position within the Relationship Management Team, offering a comprehensive entry point into managing high-net-worth customer accounts at Xapo Bank. As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will develop core competencies in client acquisition, relationship building, and product consultation across Xapo Bank's full service suite.
Working in collaboration with regional Customer Success Advisors, you will ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality support throughout their onboarding and throughout their entire customer lifecycle, contributing to a "customer for life" experience. This role will equip you with structured training and development to achieve defined revenue targets through business retention and new client acquisition, ultimately driving bank profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to onboard, service, and sell products to UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) and Family Office clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Develop deep understanding of client needs and formulate tailored solutions aligned with their circumstances and risk appetite
- Serve as primary point of contact for an assigned client portfolio following initial training period
- Build and develop your client book while prioritizing opportunities to deliver consistent revenue growth
- Identify qualified leads and build strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Participate in cross-selling initiatives and direct client calls, pitches, and presentations
- Support relationship managers with client account operations and day-to-day client request fulfillment
- Gain exposure to the unique UHNW and Family Office client segment through hands-on engagement
