About the Global Accounts Team

The Global Accounts team is fundamental to Agoda's success. We invest in long-term partnerships spanning borders and cultures, delivering measurable value for Agoda, partners, and customers. Team members serve as strategic consultants, advising partners on how to excel on Agoda's commercial platform and offering innovative accommodation solutions. Our footprint extends from Bangkok to New York and beyond, leveraging industry-leading technology to collaborate globally and bring diverse perspectives to market leadership.

The Role

As Associate Director for Global Accounts, you will:

• Develop and deploy Agoda's account management strategy
• Provide guidance and leadership for successful management of major partner accounts
• Deliver on targets and growth expectations critical to Agoda's business objectives
• Build and mentor high-performing account teams
• Drive revenue growth through strategic partnership development
• Serve as a strategic consultant to key global partners

Key Requirements

This role requires proven experience in account management, partnership development, or business development within travel, hospitality, or B2B technology sectors. You should demonstrate strong leadership capability, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships across geographies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
