About the Team
Our Customer Success team comprises Product Specialists and Account Managers dedicated to helping clients succeed. We partner with Fortune 1000 companies and leading financial institutions globally, taking a consultative approach to solve challenges through our product and ensure customers make informed decisions.
The Role
As an Account Manager, Corporate, you will develop three-dimensional relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders to retain and grow our customer base. Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the main point of contact for inbound queries, outbound engagement, and renewal discussions
- Work across diverse industries and verticals, managing relationships with varied client types
- Collaborate with account executives to identify new business opportunities and expand footprint within each account
- Drive retention rate performance and uncover growth opportunities
- Extract client insights and share intelligence with product, marketing, and sales teams to inform business strategy
- Maximize product usage and customer success outcomes
Requirements
- Located in US Eastern or Central time zones (preferred)
- Reports to Director, Account Management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex B2B relationships
- Experience with consultative selling and customer retention strategies
