Role Overview
We seek an experienced Global Supply Chain Integration Lead for Europe in a hybrid role bridging supply chain and growth. You'll support Anduril's European expansion by building supplier relationships and acting as a strategic advisor to growth teams and industry partners, developing critical partnerships to bring Anduril products into the region.
This is not a traditional supply chain role. You'll operate at the intersection of growth, strategic sourcing, and supply chain risk management—shaping deals before signature and building infrastructure for rapid scaling in a complex regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Growth & Partnership Development
- Fuel European expansion by supporting growth and corporate development teams building relationships with industry leaders across the UK and Continental Europe
- Shape pre-contract strategy by driving scope definition, proposal development, and term sheet generation during international capture phases
- Serve as the supply chain voice in critical go/no-go decisions, providing market intelligence and risk assessment to leadership
- Monitor UK/EU industrial ecosystem dynamics, emerging manufacturing technologies, and regulatory developments to identify partnership opportunities
Build & Optimize European Supply Networks
- Develop regional supply base by identifying and qualifying suppliers across diverse commodity categories supporting multiple product domains
- Lead end-to-end supplier engagement including selection, qualification, and onboarding—assessing technical capability, capacity, quality systems, and financial stability
- Achieve multi-tier visibility by understanding and mitigating supply chain risks and constraints across tier 1, 2, and 3 suppliers
- Drive localization initiatives strengthening competitive positioning and aligning with national security supply chain requirements
Provide Expert Advisory & Support
- Guide European industry partners with strategic advisory support for supply chain teams identifying and developing regional capabilities
