Remote Work From Home: Compare Audio Recordings for AI Training

Help improve AI speech recognition by listening to pairs of audio recordings and identifying which sounds better and more natural. AI systems require human feedback to understand audio quality and naturalness. In this project-based role, you'll evaluate audio samples according to detailed guidelines.

What You'll Do

• Listen to two audio recordings per case
• Compare recordings carefully against evaluation guidelines
• Determine which audio is better overall
• Make consistent, well-reasoned decisions across all cases
• Complete approximately 20–23 cases per hour

What You'll Get

• Pay: $0.72 USD per completed case
• Estimated earnings: $14.40–$16.56 USD/hour (based on 20–23 cases/hour)
• Schedule: 4–6 hours per day, flexible remote work
• Duration: Approximately 6 months
• Work-from-home flexibility with stable internet

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Native speaker of target language
• Previous audio evaluation experience required
• Prior Appen project experience preferred
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines precisely
• Stable availability, ideally 9 AM–6 PM in your local time zone
• Laptop or desktop with reliable internet connection

How It Works

For each case, you receive two audio recordings. Your task is to listen to both and select the better one based on project guidelines. No transcription or audio correction is required—your responsibility is comparative evaluation only.

This is a project-based independent contractor opportunity with CrowdGen. Upon selection, you'll receive an onboarding email to create your account, reset your password, and complete setup requirements.
