About The Role
As a Client Retention Specialist, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers enrolled in Beyond Finance's financial hardship programs. Your primary responsibility is to educate and assist at-risk clients who are struggling with program value or usage, ensuring their continued loyalty and success. You'll interact with clients primarily through inbound phone calls, deescalating concerns and helping them navigate their debt-free journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate Clients: Provide comprehensive information about Beyond Finance's financial hardship debt program, ensuring clear understanding of benefits, processes, and available options.
- Empathize & Deescalate: Display empathy and active listening to understand and defuse upset clients, addressing concerns and alleviating stress regarding their financial situation.
- CRM Management: Effectively navigate the Customer Relationship Management system to access client information, financial status, and program progress. Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions.
- Financial Analysis: Assess clients' current financial situations and determine appropriate options to help them achieve debt-free status.
- Client Retention: Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions aligned with their financial goals, encouraging continued program participation.
