Position Objectives

We are seeking a Web Maintenance Project Manager to support the planning and execution of web projects. You will coordinate with various departments and external resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture internal project team relationships
• Take personal responsibility for completing high-quality projects on time and within budget
• Ensure clients' needs are met as projects evolve
• Coordinate projects and schedules, tracking progress and reporting results
• Drive projects and tasks to completion
• Uphold processes and procedures around scheduling, task management, and documentation
• Participate in meetings and document minutes
• Follow up on action items and ensure completion
• Assist and collaborate with Senior Project Managers and other departments as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a digital agency
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of project management processes, workflow, and terminology
• Ability to function well in fast-paced environments under tight deadlines
• Demonstrable experience creating and managing project plans
• Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
