We are seeking a visionary Creative Director (Lead) with deep, hands-on CGI expertise to lead our creative vision and drive exceptional digital content production. This role combines strategic creative direction with technical proficiency in 3D rendering, animation, and visual effects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor creative teams in developing compelling CGI and motion design solutions
• Direct visual storytelling across film, animation, and digital content projects
• Oversee technical CGI execution, quality assurance, and creative innovation
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative outcomes
• Champion the integration of AI tools and emerging technologies in creative workflows
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in CGI, 3D animation, and visual effects production
• Strong leadership experience managing creative teams
• Strategic creative direction and visual storytelling capability
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Maya, Cinema 4D, After Effects, or equivalent)
• Understanding of AI and automation applications in content production
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative work across commercial or film projects
• Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
