Calendly is seeking an experienced Principal Product Marketing Manager to define product strategy, articulate market value, and drive go-to-market execution. What You'll Do

Lead Product Strategy & Influence

  • Shape product direction by clarifying market problems, identifying target audiences, defining differentiated value, and articulating strategic rationale with Product Leadership
  • Define positioning and narrative frameworks for new products and AI capabilities, translating complex technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions
  • Create stakeholder alignment through strategic artifacts including PR FAQs, narrative briefs, and executive decision memos
  • Bring structure to ambiguous situations by reframing positioning and roadmap conversations into actionable decisions, guiding stakeholders toward clarity and consensus
  • Leverage Product Marketing's unique vantage point to elevate strategic conversations within product planning contexts

Own End-to-End Go-to-Market Execution

  • Drive comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products and major initiatives, translating strategic vision into executable plans
  • Develop positioning, packaging, and messaging that increases awareness, intent, and early engagement with new offerings
  • Execute in-product and lifecycle marketing motions that drive product discovery and adoption metrics
  • Lead cross-functional coordination between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive launch execution
  • Measure and optimize GTM performance through clear KPIs, demonstrating measurable impact on new product discovery and adoption

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, with demonstrated success in strategy development and go-to-market execution
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders and stakeholders through clear communication and strategic thinking
  • Experience defining positioning and narrative for complex or technical products, particularly emerging technologies
  • Track record of launching and scaling new products or features with measurable business impact
  • Strong writing skills with ability to create compelling strategy documents and marketing narratives
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity while maintaining strategic clarity and execution excellence
