Role Summary

We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, growth strategy, messaging, and sales collateral development across Care Operations and related solution areas—including population health, value-based care, clinical, and ambulatory operations workflows.

The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer who learns quickly, adapts seamlessly, and excels at cross-functional collaboration. You'll drive execution across marketing, sales, product, and delivery teams to accelerate growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refine and evolve Notable's product positioning and messaging for intelligent automation across care operations and adjacent solution areas
  • Define and own the sales collateral bill-of-materials, including decks, demos, and one-pagers
  • Conduct competitive analysis and develop differentiated positioning against alternative offerings
  • Lead development of custom decks and demos to support large enterprise opportunities
  • Partner with content marketing and demand generation leadership to define and execute pipeline generation programs
  • Develop thought leadership content—whitepapers, webinars, and industry insights—to build market credibility and support pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and customers to identify, define, and craft compelling customer successes and case studies
  • Support sales enablement and train customer-facing teams on messaging and positioning

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of product marketing management experience in B2B technology
  • 3+ years of healthcare domain expertise with demonstrated ability to master industry complexities
  • World-class writing skills across multiple formats: positioning documents, sales decks, thought leadership, and customer narratives
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline and revenue impact
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with healthcare workflows, value-based care, or clinical operations is a significant advantage
